Caitlin, Haley & Hillary

Haley is the founder and designer here at Atonement design.

Haley has been a designer since she was a child- whether it was clothing, jewelry, or decor, she was engulfed in creativity. As her skills evolved, she gravitated towards pairing an artistic eye with partnerships with talented artisans across the globe, and the concept for Atonement Design was born.

After receiving her B.S. in Business Management with a focus in non-profit organizations and entrepreneurship, she worked in sales, marketing, accounting and more before she decided to take her passion full time. 

In 2020, she took the leap, quit her job and put all her resources towards working on Atonement Design full-time. 

Haley loves bulldogs, french fries and crafts. When she's not working, you can usually find her wine tasting around her Sonoma County home, playing cribbage with her husband at their favorite brewery or at book club (wine club) with her girl friends. 

Hillary is our operations guru.

She keeps things moving and on schedule. She facilitates all our orders, organizes our inventory flow and products, manages customer requests and much more. Wherever you see a well executed project (or even a perfectly creased line), Hillary is there.  

Hillary loves Gilmore Girls, fun socks and enjoys a Saturday floating down the river with rose' in hand. 

Caitlin is our marketing curator.

Where there's a beautiful color pallet or something actually funny, she's the woman behind the fun. She also helps us organize photo shoots, buying and some wholesale details.

She loves coffee & houseplants and is always down for a game night with friends.
