What is Moxie Collective?
Moxie Collective is a socially conscious lifestyle brand empowering artisans across the globe and encouraging women to walk boldly in their unique style. Through this collection, we provide jewelry, clothing, accessories, and home goods that have a purpose. Whether they’re fair trade, consciously created, or encourage our customers, our products will elevate impact and style.

How do I create a customer account?
On our front page, there is a small icon of a person in the top right corner. That button will take you to a page with the option 'create account.' Click on the create account button and it will take you to a page where you will fill in your info and then click 'create.' Make sure to use the same email you place your orders with to create your account.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package. You can also see your order status in your customer account and your tracking number will be listed there.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee order changes, but please feel free to email us and we will try to accommodate you. Please note that we cannot customize or change jewelry items once the order has been placed.
Can I make a return?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days after the item is received. The returned item must be unused and unwashed, with tags attached. Once returned, we will process your store credit within 5-7 business days.
Is there a limit to the amount of returns I can do?
Yes, as a small business we lose money when we receive large amounts of returns. Excessive amounts of returns within a year will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Do you offer full refunds?
We are currently offering store credit for returns. We have many beautiful items and we are sure you will find something you love!
When will I receive my store credit?
If you need to make a return, we will email you a return label. Once your return reaches us, we will apply the amount that you paid minus the cost of the return label to your account, then you will receive an email that your store credit is ready to use.
How do I use my store credit?
Once you're ready to check out, make sure you are signed into your account and on the 'Your cart' page, a green box with your store credit will pop up right above the 'check out' button. Click on the green 'store credit' button and a pop up will ask how much you would like to redeem. Choose the amount you would like to use and click the 'redeem' button. The amount will then be applied to your cart.
How do I use my rewards?
Once you're ready to check out, make sure you are signed into your account and on the 'Your cart' page. One the left side of the page is a mustard button that says' rewards.' Click that button and you will be given the option to redeem your rewards. Learn more about our rewards here.
How often do you ship?
We ship orders within 1-2 business days. You can see the status of your order when you log into your customer account.
Why is some of my jewelry tarnishing and how can I clean it?
Due to skin oils and natural elements, the nature of brass is to tarnish. Not to worry-there are several ways to clean it and make it new again. Here are a few ways to clean your brass.
-Use dish soap and lemon to wash dark or tarnished items. After washing them, leave them in the soapy water for 20 minutes, then rinse and dry.
-Soak a sponge in isopropyl and lightly scrub away any dirt or stains.
-For more stubborn stains, dampen a cloth with with and add a dab of denture cream (like Polident). Rub on the brass item and scrub until the stain lifts, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
-Squirt ketchup on a clean cloth and rub on brass, then wipes clean with a damp cloth.
-If your brass is just dusty or dirty, use soap or mild detergent in warm water and a soft cloth. Use a toothbrush or toothpick for the head to reach areas.
