We are closing the retail boutique side of our shop and therefore all items that are another brand aside from Atonement Design jewelry, ABLE bags, jewelry, etc. are final sale.


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your  purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it. 

Returns are eligible for credit. Once we receive your return, a credit will be issued to your account in the amount of the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Store credit is standard if it aligns with our policy. 
Once your return is received and seen, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & give you details regarding the exchange. We offer refunds in only certain cases, email us to discuss. Again, store credit is standard.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at, and send your item to the address provided.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.


We are happy to exchange your items if there is a fit issue. Please contact us asap, since we run pre-orders for items that typically sell out. We want to ensure your fit is as you intended. Keep in mind that pre-orders determine how much of the specific product we order. We can not issue returns/exchanges for pre-order items if it is not directly involving a product issue.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
